以下、意訳します。
Can you please send me whatever the most up-to-date corporate power point/presentation we have for sharing with outside parties?
対外プレゼン用に使う最新の会社案内資料として何かしら適当なのがあれば送っくてれないかな？
I have a to-do item to introduce our group to a Europe-based developer.
ある欧州系ディベロッパーに当社グループについて紹介しなきゃならないんだ。
Whatever you think is most appropriate to share would be great to send.
君が対外用の資料として一番適してると思うやつなら何だっていいからさ。

イディオム＆フレーズ
Can you please ～? ： ～してくれませんか？
上記のようにCan you～? に please を付けた場合は丁寧な表現になりますが、Please send me～とした場合は相手に選択の余地を与えず、少し威圧的に取られることもあります。
同じ会社の同僚同士でも少し距離感があり冷たい印象を与える可能性があるので、Can you （please） ～?またはCould you （please） ～?と言ったほうがいいですね。
the most up-to-date～ ： 最新の～、～の最新版
その他の表現としては、the latest 、the newest, the most recent などがありますが、the most up-to-date とした場合は「現時点（今日時点）での」最新版という感じで、これまでもそしてこれからも適宜更新されていくもの、といったニュアンスが感じ取れます。
Whatever （you think is ～） ： （君が～だと思うものなら）何でも
Whateverは具体的には承知・把握していないけど「～なもの／ことは何でも、どんな～でも」と表現したいときに良く使います。
例えば、
They can argue whatever they want in the next 15 business days.
次の15営業日の間、彼らは（彼らが）好きなことは何でも主張できる
I am happy to review whatever portions of the transaction information if it helps.
お役に立てるのであれば、当該取引に関する情報のどの部分であっても喜んでレビューする
We can create whatever rules we believe appropriate.
（我々は）それが適切であるならばどんなルールでも策定できる
